About Happiness And How To Be Happier

Article by NLP Life Coach Anna Aparicio

“Happiness Doesn’t Depend Upon Who We Are Or What We Have; It Depends Upon What we Think”

Happiness… our ultimate goal. But should it even be a goal, or a daily habit?

Thousands of books have been written on the subject, seminars taught, articles published, debates debated… yet a lot of us, as Bono would say, still haven’t found what we are looking for.

Is it about money, material possessions, status, achievements…?

It seems not.

What’s one to do if one gets to have all the things one ever wanted (not always easy but possible), and one still isn’t happy, what then?

Dr. Phil McGraw, American TV Host of Dr. Phil, has said that a lot of the rich people he knows and works with, people with a lot of money and material possessions, people who are made for life, are some of the unhappiest people he knows.

So some say that starting each day by thinking of all the things you have to be thankful for is one way to put your mind on the right track.

Most personal development experts agree that there are no shortcuts to happiness, and there are no secrets either. Even generally happy people do not experience joy twenty four hours a day. But a happy person can have a bad day and still find pleasure in the small things in life.

What’s true is that postponing our happiness until we reach a certain goal, like getting a pay rise or buying a sports car, is a sure way to stay stuck in misery.

Instead, schedule a few minutes every day to think about the good things in your life, and there are always good things. Also, think about things you would like to do, not things you’d like to have, but things you’d like to do that would make you happier.

Happiness tends to come more easily when we focus on developing ourselves, developing positive relationships and enjoyable work, and we have a sense that life has meaning. Also, having a spiritual dimension tends to be an essential component of happiness for a lot of people.

Suppose it also depends upon our values; what we hold most important in our lives. For some people money is top of the list, for others it is family, or love, or health.

And it seems to be true that as long as we live our lives in congruence with our values we are bound to lead happier lives.

But we have to remember that our future depends largely on the thoughts we think today. So, each moment of every day is an opportunity to turn our thinking around, therefore helping or hindering our ability feel more positive in the next moment.

– Our Consistent Thoughts Become Our Reality

As Buddha once said, what you think you become.

Pessimists look for what is wrong in the world. Optimists look for what’s right. Realists look for pragmatism. Yet, it’s the same world. What do you look for? Whatever it is, it’s a reflection of your consistent thoughts.

– Is It Possible To Laugh Ourselves Happy?

Optimism and happiness do seem to go hand in hand, and laughter is never far away once we’re able to focus on the bright side of things.

There is tons of research demonstrating the beneficial effects of positive emotions and laughter on our health; a sunny disposition can lengthen our life, it can help boost our immune system, and deal better with physical or mental conditions.

Recent research has also found that our body’s response to repetitive laughter is similar to the effect of repetitive exercise. So, whatever it takes to put a genuine smile on our face is what we should be doing!

But what else can we do to be happier?

1. GIVE: Giving without expecting anything in return is possibly one of the most satisfying and happiness inducing acts. What you give or how much you give is not what matters most. What matters most is your intention; that you genuinely and selflessly give so others can benefit. So, whether you donate money, goods, services, or your time, enjoy doing it more often.

2. CREATE: Creating something for ourselves, be it a business, a painting, or a meal… can bring infinite amounts of satisfaction and self-worth. The size of the project doesn’t matter, what matters most is that we do it because we want to and that we do it with love.

3. CONNECT: Being part of a relationship, a community, or a movement gives us a sense of belonging and of being accepted. Making new connections or connecting people together can bring more possibilities and opportunities for happiness our way.

What makes You happy?

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony” ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Your Map For The Pursuit Of Happiness – Genuine Happiness Comes From Within

Article by Deanna Mascle

If your pursuit of happiness does not lead you to genuine happiness then perhaps you are missing one of the most important keys to personal happiness — loving yourself.

Life isn’t the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when I feel like the world is just too heavy, I look around and find people who continued to live fascinating and wonderful lives. And then thoughts come popping into my mind like bubbles from nowhere – “How did their life become so adorably sweet? How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life?” Then I pause and observed for awhile… I figured out that maybe, they start to work on a place called ‘self’.

So, how does one become genuinely happy? Step 1 is to love yourself.

My theology professor once said that “loving means accepting.” To love oneself means to accept that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections must lie a great ounce of courage to be able to discover ways on how to improve your repertoire to recover from our mistakes.

Genuine happiness also pertains to contentment. When you are contented with the job you have, the way you look, with your family, your friends, the place you live in, your car, and all the things you now have – truly, you know the answer to the question “how to be genuinely happy.”

When we discover a small start somewhere from within, that small start will eventually lead to something else, and to something else. But if you keep questioning life lit it has never done you any good, you will never be able to find genuine happiness.

I believe that life is about finding out about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing. These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. Failure, in a person’s life has become as abundant and necessary as air. But this should not hinder us from becoming happy.

How to be genuinely happy in spite all these? I tell you… every time you exert effort to improve the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning up your room, helping a friend, taking care of your sick dog, fail on board exams and trying again, life gives you equivalent points for that.

Imagine life as a big score board like those which are used in the NFLs. Every time you take a step forward, you make scoring points. Wouldn’t it be nice to look at that board at the end of each game and think to yourself “Whew! I got a point today. I’m glad I gave it a shot.”, instead of looking at it all blank and murmur “Geez, I didn’t even hit a score today. I wish I had the guts to try out. We could have won!” and then walk away.

Genuine happiness isn’t about driving the hottest Formula 1 car, nor getting the employee of the year award, earning the highest 13th month pay, or beating the sales quota. Sometimes, the most sought after prizes in life doesn’t always go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not even the best. So, how do you become genuinely happy? Every one has his own definition of ‘happiness’. Happiness for a writer may mean launching as much best selling books as possible. Happiness for a basketball rookie may mean getting the rookie of the year award. Happiness for a beggar may mean a lot of money. Happiness for a business man may mean success. So, really now, how do we become genuinely happy? Simple. You don’t have to have the best things in this world. Its about doing and making the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and telling your self “Oh, I’ll do better next time”, you carry with you a flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread out like a brush fire. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try – that will make you a genuinely happy person.

When you learn to accept yourself and your own faults. You pass step 1 in the project “how to become genuinely happy”.For as long as you know how to accept others, you will also be accepted. For as long as you love and know how to love, you will receive love ten folds back.

Again, throw me that same question “how to become genuinely happy?”. I’ll refer you to a friend of mine who strongly quoted- “Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to life’s aches and pain. But most of us don’t know that the best kind of laughter is laughter over self. Coz then you don’t just become happy… you become free.”

Happiness – What is Happiness?

Article by Jackson Tan

There are many things that we want in life. We want to be rich, we want to be happy. We know we need to gain wealth, earn money and do investments in order to be rich. But, how do we exactly become happy? So, what exactly is happiness?

There are many definition of ‘Happiness’. Happiness is like the highest form of ‘good’ feelings that makes us smile naturally without begin told and sometime laugh at yourself when you think of things that make you happy. It allows the person to be positive and look at things in an optimistic way. However, it depends on your expectations and past experiences. Generally, if something really good happens to us or we achieved our goals, we are happy for a while, then we adapt and it takes something greater to make us happy as we are ‘complicated’ human begins.

Also it can mean the feelings of well-being made more stable by feelings connected to other people by having close friends and/or relationships. In addition, to some people, having a purpose and fulfilling the purpose in life make them happy.

Happiness is all relative, many argued that nobody can be happy all the time, but I believe otherwise. We have a choice to be happy and the decision depends on us.

Thus the meaning of happiness differs from person to person. For me, begin happy is about doing things that I like, without the need to care about anything about surviving on Earth.

Yet, there is a quote “Pursuit of happiness”. It seems that we needs to constantly chase after happiness and pursuit it and one could never really attain happiness. So there is one guy who is so smart to state it during the declaration of if independence that “.. among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness..”

Does Adult Dating Fun Assure You Happiness?

Article by Francis K. Githinji

Why do we date? there are as many reasons as to why people are having adult dating fun as there are many people in the world. One of the solid reasons is to have fun. It is basically a fun activity to many individuals. You will hear many singles saying that they want to experience dating fun before they get to commit to one man or woman. Dating for many singles is a confusing social activity. If i may ask you, are you happy in dating? You can either give me a quick defensive response which goes like “why not? off course i am happy” or a bemused response which goes like “Not really, is there a room for that”. Being happy should be a naturally simple concept and you and i wonder why it seems so difficult for an individual to acquire it.

Some people are doing poorly at being happy. Adult dating fun should be a reality to many people whether they are single, married, divorced, single parents. You should be happy under all circumstances and there should be no excuse for dating boredom. There are some dating myths that make it look like the ultimate adult dating fun is immoral. For instance it does not mean that you are crazy if you date a young girl after being a widower for so long. Allow happiness into your life and debunk all the myths that might stand on your way. Many people among them couples think that happiness must be somewhere and it has to be found. My dear one happiness is not “out there”. The truth of the matter is, it is actually within us. It is a not obtained from external sources.

To tell you the truth the ‘out there’ kind of adult dating fun is more of a fantasy than a reality. It is very unwise for you as a person to solely depend on places, people and events to give you happiness. It gives pleasure but it is just mere cream on the cake. To be happy you have to understand that it is a birth right. I know you will identify with the myth that we get happiness in dating since the other person makes us happy. Happiness cannot be bestowed on us by another person. This is simply an illusion created by literature, love songs and culture. If you are not by yourself a happy person, nobody can make you vibrant.

Adult dating fun is an extra bonus to our happiness story but it can never be the whole real story. The mistaken idea that someone makes you happy causes unprecedented levels of heartaches in the society. The myth is dragged into marriages and romantic relationships where it is literally reduced by the weighty foot of disillusionment. The good news i bring to you today is that, you do not need to be suffering if you accept full responsibility of your own happiness. It is a good thing to know that if no one is responsible for making you happy, you too have no responsibility of making anyone happy. Such liberation is true happiness and you will automatically have too much to share with others.

Learn How Understanding Wealth and Happiness Will Attract You Towards Success

Article by Lloyd Dobson

How to be a winner and choosing the lifestyle of achievers. The NetDivvy Terry’s Corner is unfolding some extremely powerful messages within the executive member’s area of the NetDivvy system. They are teaching how to develop the critical advantages that lead you to major accomplishments and prosperity. How to attract opportunity and begin a stronger, more successful life today.

The power of personal development is the secret ingredient and what you are really paid for in the market place and the internet. How to leave self limitations behind and seek the growth you desire. There are several key concepts and my hope is that you will find a few of these ideas useful to you right now.

The first keyword is fundamentals. This word is the basis for our quest towards success. The keyword in making our lives work well. Those basis that build the foundation for accomplishment. Remember there are no new fundamentals. Success is merely the natural results that comes from the consistent application of the practical fundamentals.

The second keyword for us to consider is wealth. Wealth is the word that brings about a wide variety of visual images. This word id where the dreams come from. And this is where true incentive is born. The mystery and mixture of mental image. It’s right use. it’s constant use is the way to a life unique an a life abundance.

There are several kinds of wealth; however we will focus on the wealth of financial freedom. Wealth that comes from the conversion of effort and enterprise into currency. and equity. For each of us the amount will be differ; but the dream for all of us I am sure is the same. Freedom from financial pressure.

Decide for yourself what wealth means to you. Latch on to your own mental image and let’s see if the ideas I am about to share with you makes sense and perhaps provide you the inspiration to put the plan into high action. So as the days pass you will discover a growing sense of freedom, dignity, self worth, substance and lifestyle.

The next keyword is happiness. The universal quest. Happiness is a joy. It is most often comes as a result of positive activity. Like wealth it too has a wide variety of meaning and interpretations. Happiness is the joy of discovery and the joy of knowing. It is a result of an awareness and full range of life. The color, the sounds, the harmony. And it is the joy of designing a life and practicing the fine art of living well.

The next key word to bring joy in our lives is discipline. If there is a magic word that stands out among all the words, this is the one. Discipline is the bridge between thought and accomplishment. The bridge between inspiration and value achievement. The bridge between necessity and productivity.

Discipline is like a set of keys that unlocks all the doors to wealth, happiness, satisfaction, high self esteem, self worth, culture, joy, accomplishment and success. The first key to discipline is an awareness of the need for and value of discipline. And especially the disciplines to make the changes:

1) What will it take?2) What must I do?3) What must I become?

To get all that I want from my life!

The second key is the willingness and more important than that the eagerness. to maintain your new discipline deliberately, wisely and consistently.

And the third key to discipline is the commitment to master the circumstances of your daily life. To see and harness the opportunities. To make something out of the sun and the rain. Discipline does many things; but most important of all is what it does for you. It makes you feel better about yourself. Even the smallest discipline can have an incredible effect on your attitude.

Recognize that the start of the better life, the happy life is today. Start the new journey today. Faith and action have now taken charge. With discipline you can’t believe the positive moves you can make in the first day of your new beginnings. What do you have to loose? Only the despair and fear of the past. Only the dissatisfaction and unhappiness and fulfillment of the past. Only the frustration and low self esteem of the past.

You are ready to now fly like the eagles! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgoMrfDJICM

Happiness is a Choice

Article by Anne Wolski

How do you measure your happiness? Is it by the money you make, the job you have, or by the respect of family and friends? Whatever you use as a yardstick, it is by your own choice as you are the person who controls your life. If you have failed to achieve happiness, it is because you have chosen to do so.

Having money and material possessions may not equal happiness. There have been many people who appear to have everything yet the one thing that escapes them is happiness. Even if they are happy with what they own, they may be miserable in their job or personal life. The reality is that no matter how much wealth, status, or possessions you have, they don’t generate happiness. Happiness is a choice.

Happiness is an Individual Dynamic

One of the dynamics that makes each person unique is their concept of particular issues. One of these is the concept of happiness. Some people are happy doing things that many of us would shy away from. Some find happiness in the simplest of things.

Happiness is therefore something that only you can define for yourself. It is something we all find in our own way and is a natural high that you deserve to seek and find. Don’t listen to people who tell you that you are crazy for finding happiness in certain things as this is your uniqueness.

Why are some people naturally happy?

It is true that some people seem to have a naturally happy disposition and there are beliefs that this can indeed be genetic. However, it doesn’t mean you are naturally gloomy either. Your happiness may be predisposed by genetics but it is not a rigid and determining factor.

If you are a sad and depressed person, you can change how you feel and the way you think so that you can find happiness. This requires changing your thought patterns and the things you do that keep you in your dark place. There are things you can do daily to raise your level of happiness, allowing you to gradually increase your overall cheerfulness.

What part does sleep play in happiness?

Adequate sleep is crucial if you want to be a cheerful person as it is necessary for your body to function efficiently. Lack of sleep makes you irritable and moody. You cannot think clearly and this makes you tired and unhappy. This doesn’t just mean getting enough hours of sleep but enough restful sleep.

Adequate restful sleep is essential for maintaining total wellbeing. Sleep can actually be the overall cause of your unhappiness. Insomnia or other poor sleeping patterns leave you drained and miserable.

The Link Between Happiness and Exercise

Exercising releases a hormone called endorphins which are responsible for the feelings of happiness. As well as being good for your overall health and wellbeing, exercise makes you feel good. It isn’t necessary to do an extreme workout every day but just going for a walk can be enough. This is exercise for happiness not for weight loss.

Meditating for Happiness

Many people think that meditation is some weird new age concept related to cults and that it isn’t right. However, this is a misconception and they are missing out on something that may be just what they need in their life. It is one of the most effective ways to change how you feel. Scientific evidence would suggest that it creates left side brain activity which generates a positive emotion such as happiness in the body.

Something About Happiness – Part 2

Article by CD Mohatta

This is continued from part one of this article series. Please read that before you read this article. What makes a person happy is a little different for each person, and you need to find what makes you happy. Keep a notebook and for a while write down every time you smile or feel good. Even if you are depressed, you will find that you laugh at television shows, that you feel good after taking a walk, that your friends sometimes make you laugh or maybe you enjoy learning things. You might also enjoy a good cup of coffee or company with a pet.

These little things are the foundation of happiness. Happiness is relishing the good parts of your life and not dwelling on the sad parts so long. It is about learning to like yourself rather than being so hard on yourself. It takes practice to be happy. If you have wonderful things happen to you and you are not in the practice of noticing the enjoyments you already have, then not even big successes will help. Sure, you’ll be happy if you win the lottery for a little while, but then you will go back to taking what is in your life for granted, because that is your habit.

It is your habits you must change to be happy. Your circumstances will eventually follow to reflect your habits in larger ways, but there are things to be happy about in each day, you just need to find them.

What gives happiness and what takes it away?

I read about many people. I talk to many people. I meet many people. I also look at myself and the way my own life goes on. When I begin thinking of happiness I get lost for answers. I find that everybody is seeking to get happiness in his or her own way. I also find that some people just do not think about happiness. They are busy with their work and struggles. They have no time, rather desire to think about happiness. Many of such people will repent the way they lived their life at the end period of their life. Many people would not think about what went by even then. Are you in search of happiness? Is happiness important to you? Do not give a straight answer that yes, happiness is important to you. Before saying yes, think – how many times at night you reflect about what made you happy and what did not? Most of us do not analyze.

We all think that happiness is important to us, but only few of us give time and thoughts to be happy. I feel that happiness is getting ignored for many reasons. The daily living leaves no time for thinking about happiness. Thinking needs time. We all are becoming less of thinkers and more of chore performers. When you begin reaching the end of your life, what do you want to fell about how it went by? If you want that when you look back at the age of 70 or 80 and say that you knew your priorities and lived a happy life then you better work on that now. That brings us to the question- what gives happiness and what takes it away. So now that you have read this article, do take time and think over it to make your life happier.

I Want To Be Happy. 5 Tips To Enhance Your Happiness.

Article by Cheryl Smith

If you are not a happy person that is a choice you are making. You have full control over your life and the decisions that you make. There are many factors which people measure happiness. Some people think money is happiness however they may absolutely miserable with what they do on a daily basis to make their money.

You might look at people who have absolutely everything and you strive to be like them. These things may be wealth, possessions, status, or even the position you hold at work. These things don’t create happiness. Happiness is a choice.

There are many people who have wealth and a high status who are completely miserable. They may be lonely, divorced and more. Happiness comes from within. These people may be working jobs they absolutely hate but just have a knack for making money.

Happiness is Subjective

There are things in life that can make you happy that are subjective. They are subjective because happiness comes differently for everyone.

You might find joy and happiness seeking thrills through rides like roller coasters and bungee jumping. This thrill may be more than torture for someone with a fear of heights who would never step foot on a roller coaster or ever be brave enough to jump from a bridge suspended by a bungee cord.

Everyone seeks happiness in their own way. What makes you happy is a natural high that you deserve to seek. There is nothing wrong with the things that you find joy in. You may be told you are crazy but that is because of the subjectivity.

Naturally Happy

It is true some people are naturally happy. This is proven through a genetic disposition. This doesn’t mean that you were born to be miserable if you are not a naturally happy person. Your happiness is influenced by your genetics but it is not fixed as a determining factor.

If you are not a naturally happy person you can change the way you think and feel so you are. The key is to change the way your brain thinks and the things you do. You can learn to do things on a daily basis to bring up your happiness level which will help you learn to smile more and be a happier person.

Sleep

Sleep is a big factor if you want to be a happy person. Sleep is needed for the body to be able to function properly. When you don’t get enough sleep you might be moody, have an inability to think clearly, and very unhappy.

You might get 8 hours of sleep but you think that you get enough hours of sleep. You may be oversleeping or even be sleeping the wrong way. Some people don’t get a good night’s rest with a pillow while others need a very fluffy pillow. Your mattress could play into a bad night of sleep also.

Sleep is a big factor and lack of sleep can cause problems with your health also. Ensuring total well being requires a good night sleep.

If you are not sleeping well and you have determined the lack of sleep plays into how miserable you are throughout the days you need to fix this. You might need to change your daily schedule so you can get to bed earlier. You also might need to encourage other people in your household to help you a little bit more if you are working too hard.

Sleep can be the entire reason you are miserable. If you have the inability to get to sleep and you toss around all night long staring at the alarm clock this could mean many different things. Some people are very depressed and it causes them not to be able to sleep well. To ensure happiness you need to get a good night of sleep.

Exercise

Exercise is very good for the body and it helps the brain put out endorphins which are responsible for making you happy. Exercise is important for total health. This doesn’t mean that you have to be on a heavy exercise routine on a daily basis. However, you should try to sweat everyday. You can get an amazing exercise but just cleaning the house and doing normal household chores. This isn’t about losing weight. It is about creating happiness.

Meditation

Practicing meditation doesn’t mean you belong to a cult or you are doing anything religiously wrong. Many people associate meditation with Buddhism and think it is wrong. They are missing out on something extremely important which could be exactly what they need to balance out their days.

Meditation is one of the most effective ways to change your subjective well being. Doctors have proven meditation to generate brain activity on the left side, which produces a positive emotion in the body.

True Happiness Comes from Within, Don’t worry, be Happy!

Article by Don OConnell

Life can be so, unforgiving. There are times when life can be unfair, then I look around and discover people, who continued to live satisfying and exciting, lives. And then thoughts jump, into my mind, like bubbles from nowhere – “How did their life become so good? How come they still, can manage to have fun and be playful, despite a busy stressful, life?” Then I took a break and observed, them for awhile and I worked it out, that, they must, be happy, from within.

So, how does one become truly, happy?

Step 1 is to love yourself.

My theology professor once said, that “loving means acknowledgement.” To love yourself, means to acknowledge, that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections, must be, a large amount of courage, to be capable, to find ways, on how to better your, ability, to recover, from our mistakes.

True happiness is also, connected to contentment. When you are contented with the work you do, the way you look, with your family, your friends, where you live, your car, and all the things you now have – honestly, you know the answer to the question “how to be truly, happy.”

When we discover a small start, somewhere from within, that small start will finally, lead to something else, and to something else. But if you keep questioning life, because, it has never been kind, to you, you will never be able, to find true happiness.

I believe that life is about learning, about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing. These are things that happen constantly, like you inhaling and exhaling. Failure, in a person’s life, has become as common and necessary, as air. But this should not prevent us, from becoming happy.

How to be truly happy, despite, all these? Let me tell you, every time you make an effort, to better, the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning up your room, assisting a friend, looking after your sick dog, failing your board exams and trying again, life gives you corresponding points, for that.

Visualize life, as a huge score board, like those which are used in the NFL stadiums. Every time you take a step forward, you make scoring points. Wouldn’t it be great, to look at that score board, at the end of each game and think to yourself “Whew! I scored a point today. I’m happy, I gave it a Go.”, instead of looking at it all bewildered and say, “Geez, I didn’t even hit a score today. I wish I had the backbone, to try out. We could have won!” and then walk away.

True happiness, isn’t about driving the best Formula 1 car, nor receiving, the employee of the year award, earning the highest 13th month pay, or exceeding, the sales quota. Sometimes, the most desired after prizes, in life, doesn’t always go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not even the best. So, how do you become truly happy? Everybody has their own explanation, of ‘happiness’. Happiness for a writer, may mean writing, as many, best selling books, as possible. Happiness for a basketball beginner, may mean winning, the novice of the year award. Happiness for a beggar, may mean, finding, a lot of money. Happiness for a business person, may mean success. So, really now, how do we become, honestly happy? Easy. You don’t have to possess, the best things in this world. It’s about doing and creating, the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself laughing, at your own mistake and saying to your self “Well, don’t worry, I’ll do better, the next time”, you take with you, a flame of healthy, will power, to maintain, that may glow, like a lighthouse. You possess an eagerness, to stand up again and try – that will make you a truly, happy person.

When you learn to accept yourself and your own defects. You passed, step 1 in the undertaking, “how to become truly happy”. For as long as you understand, how to accept others, you will also be accepted. For as long as you love and know how to love, you will receive, a lot of, love, back.

Again, fire me, that same question “how to become truly happy?”. I’ll refer you to a mate, of mine, who firmly quoted, “Many of us know, that laughter is the best cure for, life’s ups and downs. But many of us don’t know, that the best type of laughter, is laughter over self, because then you don’t just become happy, you become free.” So be as Free as a bird and fly High!

So, please, “Fill your heart, with Glee, let it Be and you will See!”.

Very NB: Smile a while, for an extra Mile!

Cheers to Fears 🙂
